Toutefois, les plaintes ne peuvent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme recevables que si elles portent sur le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;ASBL ou sur la qualit\u00e9 de ses produits ou services.<\/p><p>Cela ne s&rsquo;applique donc pas aux plaintes qui ne concernent qu&rsquo;une proposition, une p\u00e9tition ou des r\u00e9flexions sur la l\u00e9gislation ou les d\u00e9cisions politiques en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h4><strong>Exemples de plaintes recevables :<\/strong><\/h4><p>Une plainte concernant une erreur mat\u00e9rielle ou une erreur juridique manifeste de l&rsquo;ASBL, un manque ou un refus d&rsquo;information, une information erron\u00e9e, l&rsquo;intervention d&rsquo;un membre du personnel, l&rsquo;organisation du service (accessibilit\u00e9, heures d&rsquo;ouverture, absence de service\/manque de service).<\/p><p>Votre plainte et votre int\u00e9r\u00eat personnel doivent \u00eatre justifi\u00e9s.<br \/>Pour que la proc\u00e9dure puisse \u00eatre men\u00e9e \u00e0 bien, nous avons besoin de votre nom et de votre adresse.<\/p><p>Une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e via le formulaire (voir ci-dessous) est recevable si elle :<\/p><ul><li>contient le nom du plaignant ;<\/li><li>concerne les services directs du Centre de protection des consommateurs\/Renseignements sur les plaintes ;<\/li><li>est r\u00e9dig\u00e9e par \u00e9crit ;<\/li><li>contient une description de l&rsquo;affaire ;<\/li><li>est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en allemand ou en fran\u00e7ais.<\/li><\/ul><h4><br \/><strong>Que faisons-nous de votre plainte ?<\/strong><\/h4><p>Nous attachons une grande importance \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 de nos services et votre satisfaction est au c\u0153ur de nos pr\u00e9occupations. Si, malgr\u00e9 nos efforts, vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas satisfait de la mani\u00e8re de proc\u00e9der d&rsquo;un collaborateur ou d&rsquo;une collaboratrice et que vous souhaitez vous plaindre, vous pouvez utiliser notre formulaire de plainte (voir ci-dessous). Ce formulaire est \u00e9galement disponible \u00e0 notre bureau.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;ASBL s&rsquo;efforce de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 votre plainte dans les 20 jours calendrier suivant sa r\u00e9ception. Une fois le traitement de votre plainte termin\u00e9, nous vous informerons par \u00e9crit des r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate ainsi que des mesures prises le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.<\/p><p>Non
